XCS Cloud Bad Gateway + Failed Auth on EasyPass Portal

The XCS Cloud is presenting 504 Gateway Time-out, all 4400 users on our network cannot authenticate with their uPSK, and NOBODY in the 40 minutes I’ve been on hold has even bothered to answer the phone. What exactly am I paying for again? I understand you are busy, but someone should have answered the phone by now. This is a critical outage, and once again, it is your infrastructure.
