2400BH20 problem

currently, i have 2 links of 2400bh20 on same source and same receiver, but distributed on switch. i have weird experience when the other pair cannot give a stable 2X.

The first pair was formerly 9.5, i tried downgrading to 7.3.6 but still cannot achieve 2x. they got the same alignment. whats your guess?? i can see 2x/2x on its page suddenly turning 2x/1x on few seconds…

do i need to align or replace radios??

1 pair is 2416mhz and other pair is 2457mhz all set to receive synch. it was working 2x/2x about 2 years… anybody who experienced this??

I guess you are running different split ratio. Correct it.
Please alseo use same software version.
