I see this is old topic, July 2022, but wanted to chime in : -70dBm signal at 27km at 5150MHz and 21dBm TX Power means, that your average gain per antenna is 22dBm.

27km at 5150MHz == 135dBm loss. Link budget calculation :

21dBm TX Power + 22dBi TX Antenna Gain - 135dBm FreeSpaceLoss + 22dBm RX Antenna Gain == -70dBm signal.

So, what I want to say : nobody sane with rational thinking would do such link with 22dB antennas. That means, you must have something wrong there, aiming, coax cables, anything. With 32dBm antennas, this should be your resulting link budget :

21dBm TX Power + 32dBm TX Antenna - 135dBm FreeSpaceLoss + 32dBm RX Antenna == -50dBm.
This means you should be able to achieve around 700-750Mbps throughput at 80MHz channel.
