3.2.1-r5 to 5.0.3-r4 upgrade

Have a customer in a very remote/secluded site that had their switches lose cnMaestro access due to CA changes for cnMaestro Cloud.
What is the upgrade procedure to get them from 3.2.1-r5 codebase to 5.x codebase to get them back as active on cnMaestro ?

Hi @djdrastic,

Please follow the upgrade path: 3.2.1-r5 → 4.4-r3 → 5.0.3-r4. Initially, try the upgrade on a single device, and if everything works fine, proceed with the rest.

If you’re seeing cnMaestro connectivity issues, it’s likely due to incorrect system time on the device. This causes certificate validation to fail. Make sure NTP is configured correctly so the device has the right time."
