Is anyone experiencing “AP Keep Alive RX Struck” on 400c in a eptp setup? I am experiencing this randomly and I cant see it being interference, in the country/rural ptp link. Running 5.10.1,. here is the ealign tab of the AP of the ptp
Hi @DigitalMan2020,
To my knowledge, there have been no reported false Keep Alive Rx Stuck events in firmware versions 5.10.x or 5.11.0.
Could you please post the following:
• A screenshot of your Spectrum Analyzer running for 15 min
• Your MCS distribution from Performance page
Additionally, could you confirm whether you are observing any MCS drops in the statistics after 24 hours or more of operation?
Hate to say it as love my cambium-based wisp network, but thats the msg you get when links drop for no reason. I have zero interference, as my wisp is the only noise around for miles, but my ax cambium gear has always suffered from random disconnects. I ended up replacing two F400 backhauls for Racom links ($!!!) because of this. Some firmwares could run for a few weeks, but will always eventually drop. I use F400c as failover link for my Siklu 70/80ghz backhaul, and even running the latest fw they will always eventually drop. If you edit the frequency list on the sm, it will reestablish quickly, but ive had the F400 since they were first available and they always drop before two months.
PtP TDD 80mhz bridge mode is my setup.
*correction - its no longer the rx stuck message. Its simply a disconnect message. The only rx stuck messages i see now is a f300 with a weak signal dropping (from e3k) in heavy downpours (via a tree).
