Hi all, I have a 400c in which we are using the SFP port. We had a major cold spell this past winter, so bad it even froze up our upstream providers fiber, and our 400c felt the pain from that cold spell as well. The SFP port went down so we quickly switched back to using the Eth port for data and power and all was well.
So waited till spring to try the SFP port again and still no luck. I went ahead and enabled it and it would not pass any data through the port and even with the AUX port enabled it still showed down. The radio still recognizes there is a LC connector type and the SFP port on the mikrotik router interface tab shows “R” for running. Any insight? Thanks!
