How the 40mhz are allocated arround the carrier?

i.e:
Upper channel aggregated;
Lower channel aggregated;
Real 40mhz span arround center carrier?


Plus, what is the schedule for working POE output(On secondary ethernet)?

The center frequency is the center. There is 20 MHz above and below the frequency you select.
