I had a 450i that ended up dying for what I figured at the time was cold weather related issues in January. This wasn’t the only radio that went down due to cold weather but everything else came back up besides this 450i. We ordered a new AP right away and got it up the next day. It was then fine for a week and then it started to have this issue with port flapping with the Netonix switch. It would take a few hours for our monitoring to notice it fully but initially the flapping would be short and gradually get worse over a couple of hours. A POE bounce would fix it but then the issue would come back in around 36-48 hours. Since it only took two days for it to mess up I tried moving to a new port and tried a different Netonix switch but it didn’t help. Then I tried to replace the surge arrestor at the bottom and that did fix it for a few weeks. Until now where it is starting the same problem of needing a POE bounce to fix the port flapping issue.
Any thoughts? I also opened up a ticket as well but just opening this up to see if anyone has seen this. The site was running well for the past two years without an issue until now. There is also one other AP on this site that doesn’t seem to be having any issues. Thanks.
