Before I get to far into this… Yes I am aware this is from a beta release, but this applies to non-beta usage.
In the release notes for 24.1 BETA-4, the information below was provided.
Does this mean the further FW updates/improvements are coming to a close for the 450/450i/450m/450b line to make more time for the 450v product family?
No… there are some very important updates coming in the next release, R24.2, that will be highly beneficial to ALL 450b/i/m/v radios… namely the deep VC queue optimizations. Also still coming is uplink interference mitigation on the 450m 3GHz radios, although I’m not sure what R24 release this will be available in.
Thanks Eric! I know the end will come eventually for the 450m devices, so I’m just trying to not be surprised by it.
Sure, eventually there will be end, but I agree with Eric, definitely not yet.
