5700MDD Issue

We had a customer who was recently installed using a used 5700MDD running 9.5DES. This SM was taken from a previous customer when they cancelled, so we know it worked.

Our installer set everything up and was able to get online before he left using the customer’s equipment, so we know it worked at that time. 1 hour after he left, the customer was unable to connect and the radio was not registered to the access point.

I go out there today, and attached is the screenshot of what I saw when I logged into the radio using the default Canopy address. All of our changes were saved in the radio, but it kept saying reboot required and had no available frequencies under the radio tab.

I tried updating the firmware using CNUT 4.1.8 and firmware 10.3DES, and I received the following error messages (from the CNUT logs)

I’m at a loss for this one…any ideas?

So after I posted, I factory defaulted the radio and it appears to be normal now.
