We are planning to reconfigure our AP’s bandwidth allocation from 75/25 to 55/45. Will we need to create new service flows that match the new 55/45 or will they still be able to function?
Why not? Of course you loose downlink bandwidth so you might
want to change service flows to adopt to this.

We are trying to factor in any issues and down time. So will the SM’s connected not work if the Service Flows are left as is (75/25 type). Trying to create the tasks for the transition.

When you change down/up ratio you've to restart the APs to make it happen.
So SMs reconnect and service flows are established again.
