Hola,
Tengo un problema tratando de hacer funcionar licencias de BW para SMs Lite de 512 a 1000kbps.
Tengo 75 licencias instaladas (las cuales veo en el Prizm Help>ShowLicensing>Bandwidth). Y tengo mi AP configurado con autenticacion habilitada y “configuration source” en BAM.
Sin embargo, veo en “session status” en el AP que los SMs Lite 512 con licencia de 1000kbps tienen asignado solo 512 kbps (uplink+downlink), siendo que yo asigne 700 de downlink y 200 de uplink en el Prizm.

En el Prizm veo el siguiente mensaje: Failed to checkout CanopyLiteSMFrom512to2000V3 license for device 0A003EF5E09E. No chekout ocurred.
Que estoy haciendo mal? Porque el mensaje dice “512to2000” siendo que mis licencias son de 512to1000? Alguien puede ayudarme con esto?
