8.2.1 and canopy boot

I have just realized taht canopyboot on my sm is 1.0 is the upgrade to 3.0 needed also with 8.2.1? is it not included in fpga? where I can find files XXboot.bin?

The ones that have version 1.0 boot are P10 boards. version 3.0 are P9 boards.
