So how long do 820S licenses sit at "pending" i've activated the entitlement but all 4 of them are just sitting with a status of pending in the entitlement list.... Kind of need to get these links up.
Also according to the support site 8.3 is the latest version but i don't see the firmware for 8.3 just lots and lots of documentation.

Once you have activated the Entitlement keys usually it takes within 24 hours to get the license key.
If you still haven't heard back from the support team then please share us the Serial numbers of the radios which you applied for the license activation so that we can check.
Or it would be great if you could contact the support number so that we can help you on the call.
