802.3 PoE Standard Report

Is there a command to report on the PoE standard (e.g. 802.3AF/AT etc) negotiated with a device? I have a Texas PoE device which is powered an iPad kiosk but when the device demands more power (chagrining) it is tripping in and out.
Noticed the power draw isn’t very high and much lower that its capable of so wondered if they are miss negotiating in some way? Would be good to confirm.
