Hi all, my local rep has informed me that the 820c is not supported on cnMaestro. I am looking for advise/info/recommended management system one should look into to manage/monitor multiple devices like the 820c that is not compatible on maestro.

The PTP 820C and similar radios like PTP820S have their own NMS platform you can order from Cambium. They are licensed per Tx chain. There is a basic or advanced package to choose from as well as some added features to choose from.

I would recommend following the user guide closely regarding the server specs you need to load this onto.
