A rejected generic message

Hi

I have an error message that appears when I try to register a CPE on access point, the message is (Rejected generic).

Could you please explian it to me.

I can assume you are talking about GENERIC AUTH FAIL status.

It appears when packets with authentication information has been lost over the link.

Do you mean that there is a packet drop between the CPE and the AP, and if there is what is the reason behind it.

Yes, packets losses in the air causes this kind of disassociation.
