Has anyone ever had this problem? We have a vpn to all our towers from our main office. I can type in the 10.X.X.X address of hte CMM and type in the password and the webpage starts to come up, however it never finishes loading. The only way i can login to the CMM is to create a tunnel with Putty to the router at the tower, then I can log into the CMM. It only does this with the CMM and not the APs or SMs.

I really dont know how your CMMmicro is been confifured, i do have a vPN network as well and i have an ip address for my CMMmicro and i just type this address and bingo, the pops up.
