Accessing SessionStatus.xml

Hi,

Is there any way to access the SessionStatus.xml file without authenticating through the PMP450 APs web interface-form? AP running 14.2

Working on a solution which grabs the .xml every 24 hours and caches a local copy for internal display as we have not started using cnMaestro yet.

regards

Never mind. Finally found it in the manual.:

http://1.1.1.1/SessionStatus.xml?CanopyUsername=test&CanopyPassword=test

Works wonders.

Does anyone know if this is still functional? I am trying to pull the sessionstatus.xml via web scenario and HTTP agent, via Zabbix. I turned to chatgpt and asked about it. Chatgpt said that cambium changes the way this was accessed. My attempts keep failing. I am using pmp450/i/m/v hardware on firmware 24.1.1-24.2. Any help here would be great. Thanks

After a bit of playing around I was able to make this work, there is a great deal of SM session info that can be gained from the SessionStatus.xml including Air Delay, Distance, BER, DL/UL CIR, DL/UL Actual/Expected Rates, DL/UL Expected vs Actual Rates, DL/UL Modulation, DL/UL Quality, LQI, Software, Hardware, FPGA, Registration stats, RSSI, SNR, VC Depth and much more. The AP can also be used as a proxy to pull ANY data that is displayed on the main.cgi for any connected SM. I just wish I could get past Cambiums janky authentication for more info.
