Account ID have problem. ?

i have problem account id.

i add serial number E400 10 device at account "Kingudon" but 10 minutes ago it offline. but

i add same serial number 10 device different account "Tachasit Singtongam" it online.

Account "Kingudon" can't add AP device all. ??
