We have observed an issue with cnMaestro-X. The platform is not providing alerts and graphs on time.
For example, we experienced a Wi-Fi issue at 12:18 PM, but in the Cambium graph Triangle, the timestamps are shown only at 12:30, 13:30, and 14:30. The graph is also delayed by one hour, which creates confusion for customers.
Additionally, the alerts do not show the exact time of the issue, nor do they provide details on how many access points went down at the time of the alert.
We request you to kindly provide accurate and real-time information in both alerts and graphs. If we receive the correct timestamps and immediate alerts, it will help us identify and resolve issues more efficiently.
And here, I am trying to upload a document, but it is not showing the document.
Looking forward to your support and a suitable solution.
Regarding Real-Time Alerts
Please check the Events tab for real-time information. For example, if a device goes down, an Event is generated immediately after ping/pong failure under Notifications > Events. The same will be reflected in the Alarms tab, but with a delay of about 5 minutes (if the device remains down for more than 5 mins). This design helps avoid unnecessary false alarms caused by short flaps.
Regarding Graphs
Could you please confirm which graph you are referring to?
If you mean the Connection Health graph, it is an hourly aggregator, so it only shows data points at 1-hour intervals (e.g., 12:30, 13:30, 14:30). This is expected behavior since it summarizes data over an hour rather than showing it in real-time.
