add frame usage % with through put graph

it would be handy to have frame % usage with the graph, either just the number near by or add the graph to the performance page so we can watch the through put totals with the frame usage.  

also it would be handy to see what % of the air time each sub is using.

cnMaestro will be able to graph this.  OID's are also currently supported, which can be used to graph results.
