after mass upgrade to 4.4, massive SM's cnmaestro where offline

after massively updating to 4.4, a quarter of the SM's were offline in Cnmaestro. They remain in an eternal "connecting." It is not solved by rebooting, I have to reload the credentials. Has it happened to you? It is not a matter of time, since the upgrade was made more than 10 days ago.

Hi Chapex,

I am sorry for causing you trouble with this issue, but it is a known defect in 4.4 firmware in case you have no cnMaestro URL configured on device. It was resolved in the latest 4.4.1-RC available on the support site.

Dmitry! I have bad news. Even with the URLs and credentials correctly configured (https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com), we have some cases where the AP and SM are all offline. All in version 4.4

I guess this was all because Cambium developers team is testing the new zero touch module (for Cnmaestro), which will certainly be very useful :)

I guess you are not far from truth.

Can you give a try to 4.4.1 that should address all the cnMaestro issues as well as zero touch introduced? It is available on our website.

4.4.1 fixed this issue for us.
