I have onboarded a XV2-23T (v66.6.2.1-r5) on cnMaestro cloud. I have created an AP group policy with only Air cleaner activated with defaults.
But sync failed with Configuration failed: filter_list_0:Invalid protocol. If I disable the policy sync is ok.
Don’t have that problem on my onpremise instance. How can I fix that?
Ok I found the problerm
rule Air-cleaner-Bcast.6 is protocol custom 0x6970. this protocol isn’t recognised apprently.
But don’t know how to get rid of this. I don’t have that rule on my on premise instance.
Even in 7.1.2 guide in air cleaner section there is no 0x6970 protocol
Only workaround I found is to disable that rule and change the rule to not have the 0x6970.
Sync is working.
