Any Comments about VISP?

I am considering using VISP as a OSS/BSS. In order to have it manage activation’s or disconnects I’ll have to start using Radius. So far I’ve been manually logging in. Any comment? Good or Bad.

I could only hope that my company could provide the kind of amazing customer care as VISP. Never seen anyone as connected to their customers. I like it.
