Where I can find the setting for Hardware Scheduler Mode in the software version canopy 7.2.9 for an Access Point.

Not sure about v7.2.9, but with v7.3.6 the hardware/software schedule option can be found on the configuration page. You AP must be P9 or newer in order for the option to be available.
