AP stops passing traffic...

Hey there! Thank you for support!

Today i have discovered a new 'feature' - two of APs stopped passing traffic randomly even not losing the Stations. Then one of them just lost stations, but after reboot it just became unavailable, needed hard reset, so debug data is unavailable.

I am tired to get phone calls

Second one did traffic tricks during all day, and it happened now minutes ago, here is what i see in the log:

Both of APs are running 4.4.2

Both of them are located at different sites physically, so it is nothing to do with switches

Hello,

Let me check the log and revert to you shortly.
I would be grateful if you could send Tech Support file to me at fedor.trutsko(at)cambiumnetworks(dot)com

Thank you.

Hi,

I've checked the provided log and looks like the issue is related to Ethernet interface.

The interface goes up and down all the time.

It makes sense to check Ethernet cable and negotiation options configured.

Thank you.

I can see it is related to the ethernet. It is never happened again on both APs, and nobody have done anything on both sites.

Who knows what was it. Will see

Ok, I have disabled smart speed and it stays at 1G. Thank you for suggestion!
