Appropriate QoS settings for video calls


My customer is using Wi-Fi Calling and he could not make a phone calls during the peak time due to the amount of traffic. Then, we enabled the VoIP QoS in both, Base Station and Subscribed Module. After that my customer started to be able to make phone calls using the Wi-Fi Calling feature during the peak time.


However, he could not make a video call using his WhatsApp, then I made like you: CoS 5/DSCP 46 and DSCP 34. Then he is now able to do that, but I’m confused as I’m not sure if it is the correct way to configure that or not.

Which one of the two models below is the correct one for QoS for enabling Interactive Video for Android WhatsApp, Apple Facetime, Google Meeting, Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
