I bought 24 new AP’s at the start of this year, since then I have had 5 of those AP’s fail and stop working. What gives? I was on site until 12am swapping one out last night.
Is anyone else having these problems because im being told no one else is? This year Canopy equipment has given me so many head aches and has cost me so much money Im seriously debating alternate solutions.
Give a little more information. What caused them to stop working? did the swap correct the problem or did you make additional changes
Canopy equipment is really sensitive to power surges. Do you have an isolation transformer going directly into the wall before your UPS? If not, I consider those mandatory to help with power.
(If you have another battery source that things run on then all the time, vs. AC, then thats a dif. story)
