Are reports set to run based on a server setting?

Just wondering if there is a set time for reports in cnM? Currently if I select either one device or multiple devices, with all stats or only a few selected, it takes hours for the report to run. Is this a configuration issue or does it simply take a long time to process reports?

There is no set time for Reports in cnMaestro. Ideally it should complete immediately . Can you please let us know whether you are using Cloud or On Premises server and what is the cnMaestro version . Please raise a support ticket so that we can debug the issue and check what exactly is happening.
