We are currently using two PMP450 3.65 SM's to backhaul to smaller tower sites with few clients. However they are saturating the 20Meg licensed radio we put on the tower.
So, we ordered two lincense's to upgrade from 20 Meg to uncapped. However when I input the MAC address into the activation page the "license" I get just appears to be URL?
I put myself on the same network as the radio that needs to be upgraded and tried putting the URL into a browser. However I just keep getting a time out.
I scowered the radio GUI for a page to insert the license and I'm either blind or it doesn't exist.
What am I doing wrong?
Entire network is behind NAT with each tower on their own VLAN. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Zack,
Please make sure that you are logged into the radio that you are trying to aply the "URL Key" to.
This was an added bit of radio securty recently added.
If this does not work, please send your contact information to .
solutions@cambiumnetworks.net and I will contact you off list.
Best,
Cambium Jonathan
This took me quite a while too.
If you just put in the MAC addresss and not the IP address when activating the licence key it's a bit tricky.
Log into the radio on one tab then in another tab click on the Recent Activations in your support account. Click on the date beside the upgrade key you want to apply to the radio.
Highlight all of the key EXCEPT the IP address that starts the key. Then open the tab with the GUI and paste the part of the key you copied directly after the IP address.
Sorry to answer this two weeks after the fact but I hope this helps.
