Is there a way to have Prizm auto accept and mange any SM that comes online? Currently we go to Define Networks, Refresh elements, and then Accept and Manage.

Yes, but you have to first provide the MAC address. From Prizm, go to Edit>Define Networks and select Network Elements. Click Edit again and select Edit>Add Element(s) for BAM Provisioning. Enter the MAC, select your Bandwidth plan and set the radio button to Full EMS Management.
