Will it be possible to generate a license with cloud CNMaestro shutting down? I am asking about ePMP 1K, 2K, 3K and 4K. There are each generated for elevate, AP lite to full, country domain, etc.
In case of a default reset, the device becomes crippled.
Is generating all and archiving the solution?

Good question, and a fair concern to raise.
Everything license-related on ePMP — 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000, across Elevate, AP Lite to Full, country domain and the rest — can be handled manually on our side. The capability isn’t tied to cnMaestro Cloud staying up. We’d obviously prefer not to do it manually at scale, and we’re working on a better answer than that, but manual is the floor.
On your last question: yes. Generating your licenses now and archiving them locally is the right move, and I’d recommend it regardless of how the rest of this resolves. It costs you nothing, and it means a factory reset never leaves a device crippled waiting on us.
Thank you for raising this — please keep doing it. There’s a lot in motion right now and it’s easy for something important to slip past us.

I can successfully log in to the support/license area, and I have access to every single license I’ve ever generated and used there.
Is there a way to download them all as a text file, or do I have to do it one by one?
I’m not aware at the moment. You can try to do it with some LLM agent.
Andrii, currently we have nothing but 4600, 4600L, 4625 and 4616 radios.
So, there isn’t anything that we need to be concerned with, pertaining to licenses. Is that correct?

If you have actively working/deployed e4k 6GHz radios that are using the AFC, then everything will continue working normally. The radios communicate directly with Qualcomm’s AFC.
If you have e4k 6GHz radios in inventory (especially older stock) they may not have the AFC certificate installed. To fix this you need to onboard them into cnMaestro cloud and update to the newest firmware. This will automatically install the AFC cert. You should do this to all of your radios BEFORE cnMaestro cloud support for ePMP is discontinued.
