I have a canopy backhoul PTP400, 4.9Ghz link which is working and communicating with my PC but want communicate with Cisco Switch Catalyst 2960. SW version 49400-09-00, Hardware version D05-R00-i .Is anybody can help me.

We have seen these issues in the past with Cisco and Motorola PTP 400 and 600's, try fixing the port to 100Mb on both the switch and the radio. I also seem to recall an issue with CDP (Cisco Discovery Protocol), i think you can disable it on the switch.
