We have a client who wants to do packages to the tune of:
1) Basic: No guaranteed rate, burst to 512kbps
2) 256k: 256kbps guaranteed, burst to 768kbps
3) 512k: 512kbps guaranteed, burst to 1024kbps
4) 1m: 1024kbps guaranteed, burst to max capacity
I get the guaranteed rates (though not the “no guaranteed rate”) within the BAM framework, but I’m not sure how to do the bursting within BAM. There doesn’t seem to be a one-to-one correspondence between how BAM handles bursting and how ISPs traditionally do bursting (as our client wants to do above).
Could someone offer an idea of how we can do this with the BAM software? Thanks!
