Moving over from a BAM/Canopy solution, one thing we used to use was BAM to enforce Maximum bandwidth caps on radios for different packages.
I saw that the CPE side can specifically be configured to limit its bandwidth, but how does an operator enforce this, is their a BAM equivilent way to enforcing bandwidth limits on the CPE’s without having to go through and force customers through a pppoe server?
If you use the RADIUS feature on ePMP, you can use the MIR (Maximum Information Rate) VSAs to enforce bandwidth caps on each STA/CPE.
