I got my equipment about 2 weekends ago, and i can say i have been very unhappy with the performance and the tech support i am being given. I am with inforamp and they advertise 6 meg down. Well im lucky if i get 100 kbps down. I have the most clear line of site you can get i average between 1500 and 2300 rssi and 1-7 jitter. Still no speed. here are my stats

First of all, calibrate your unit at motorola.canopywireless.com/calibrate.pho
and enter the value to your.unit.ip.address/mac.html
Than do a link test in the unit, it will show the available cell speed.
If that still ok, and still slow, your ISP has not engough bandwidth and/or uplink pipe.
Don’t forget, the max speed in the cell is 6mbps, and all of that is not dedicated do downlink! (probably 75% of that!)
Btw, this problem seems to me, i just bought my new prosche, and i cannot go faster than 80mph in the city, but my seller promised me it can go 180mph!!!
the link motorola.canopywireless.com/calibrate.pho came up with a page could not be displayed. second off i noticed this, this morning have i did a reboot on the paddle.
Sustained Uplink Data Rate 512 (kbps)
Uplink Burst Allocation 10000 (kbits)
Sustained Downlink Data Rate 512 (kbps)
Downlink Burst Allocation 10000 (kbits)
does that mean im capped at 512 down and 512 up?
sorry, try it with .php extension.
Yes, it seems, you are capped at 512kbps
