has anyone seen this before? And what it means?
Seen it… don’t know what it means but the BH is dropping the session regularly… may be RF interferance in the area… will post my findings.

Seen it too. And seen it in BHs with great signal, low jitter and no interference shows when performing a scan. Don’t quote me on this, but if I am not mistaken, BHs are to re-range every 24 hours but comparing the number of re-reg and the system up-time, I can see most of my units do it more often than that.
According to Canopy support call center, ReRanges are caused by poor RF conditions. Couldn’t really get any useful specifics out of them, however.
not getting specifics out the canopy tech support is nothing new. We all know that. :lol:
No way it’s bad RF. Spectrum is good and and the BH has a -50 with a jitter of 6 in 2x mode. And it’s only about 3 miles.
However I noticed that it was sitll on 8.2 so I upgraded it this morning to 8.2.2. See if that helps.
