Cambium 3000 snmp bug

The 3000 emps report the current Ethernet (LAN) speed in megabits, instead of bits like it’s supposed to. 

Oid is: 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.15.11

The wlan interface reports in bits properly on the same radio.

All other versions of cambiums report their speed in bits, this seems to be a bug that needs corrected
