Cambium E400 not accessible via both GUI and CLI

Hi,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my Cambium e400 access point. The device is completely unresponsive and cannot be accessed via GUI or CLI. Here are the details of the issue:

Issue Details:

  • The AP is powered via a PoE injector (802.3af) but does not establish a network connection.
  • No IP address is assigned, and it is not discoverable via Ethernet.
  • Attempted a hard reset (holding reset button for 30+ seconds), but there is no response. The LED lights fluctuate during the reset but do not indicate a successful reboot.
  • No Ethernet link is detected on my laptop when connected via the PoE injector.
  • Swapped Ethernet cables, PoE injectors, and power sources with no improvement.
