Cambium E410 red light not change into green light .....

After connecting POE cable to LAN port of Cambium E410, red light is on steadily. I waited for a long time but green light is not on. Reset button is also not working during this time…please tell me the solution.

Could you please try pinging the Zero-Conf IP address (169.254.X.Y) of the device?

For reference, if the device’s MAC address is AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF, the corresponding Zero-Conf IP would be:
169.254.<EE in decimal>.<FF in decimal>

This will help verify basic Layer 3 connectivity when the device has not yet received a DHCP-assigned IP.

ys i pinged ur zero config ip address & also given me reply from zero config ip….
the device MAC(ESN) IS - BCE67C593AB0
Now whts the next step to boot up the device….

Could you please share the tech-support logs of the device before proceeding with the factory reset?

Once done, please follow the steps below to perform the reset:


Factory Reset Procedure:

  1. Login to the device.

  2. Capture the current software version by running the following command and share the output:

    XV3-8-06B60C(config)# show version

  3. Perform a factory reset using the command:

    XV3-8-06B60C(config)# delete config
