Need a help from you to connect the Radio ip’s into cloud.

point the radios cnmaestro feild to cloud.cambiumnetworks.com, enter your cnmaestro cambium cloud username and password into the radio, hit save. it can take s few minutes for it to appear in the onboarding tab, approve it and its done

is there any specific thinks to add in the RF devices. my RF devices are reachable now.

i can access the device thro backend. however cloud.cambiumnetworks.com is not reaching.

please suggest

One should configure cnMaestro URL, Cambium ID and Key on RF device.

The cloud reachability from radio IP subnet is essential to onboard devices on cnMaestro. You should define necessary rules in your network for this.
