Cambium force 4625 with POE GIGABYTE Mikrotik

I have bought cambium force 4625, and I am going to connect it with solar panels.
I’m going to use a voltage booster from 12v to 48v.
Also a POE Mikrotik.
There I have two doubts:

  1. Is the energy to be provided correct?
  2. Should the UTP cable be type A or B, or should it reverse pins?

Hola te dejo saber que por casualidad lo conecte a un router rb5009 poe que tenia una fuente de 24Volt

y esta fucionando en la hoja tecnitca dice que trabaja desde 44vol a 56 volt pero esta trabajando con 24 Volt

Have you tested 24V on a working radio connection?
