We have a customer that shuts her SM and router down each night and then randomly turns them back up the next day. Of course I get a notification of this activity ALL OF THE TIME! Is there a way to turn off notifications for individual devices? If so, how? Thank you!

Yes. You can disable notifications with respect to SM. Please Tick/Enable the Ignore Notification ePMP/PMP SM Offline option while adding or editing the subscriber Entry.
