Can Prizm 2.0 tiered service plans be configured to check out a license based on the bandwidth service plan?
Yes. The bandwidth service plan gives you the control of indicating which SMs in your network you will allow to use floating licenses to upgrade. A license is only checked out if the radio doesn't already have the inherent capability to perform at the requested service plan bandwidth level.
