We are trying to delete 450M AP radio from our cnMaestro On-Prem instance.
The delete job fails with:
Failed to unclaim device on cloud
We verified the On-Prem server has working DNS and HTTPS connectivity to cnMaestro Cloud.
We also checked the cnMaestro Cloud account and the device cannot be found.
The device therefore appears to no longer exist in Cloud, but On-Prem is still attempting a Cloud unclaim operation before deleting it.
Please advise how to clear the stale Cloud association or force-remove the device from cnMaestro On-Prem.
