Please can anybody support me about cnMaestro cloud?First i have add by XV2-2 though Serial, the cloud recognized devices but they show in status "waiting for device’ and still nothig happens. I have check the conectivity in the XV2 AP and it ping ok , trace route ok to cloud.cambiumnetworks.com. and Here the logs. Plz help me!

it’s onboared now. But it cannot sync configuration with the cloud. The issue is "country code: unknown country_code ". But in the AP GUI there is Vietnam option in country code
Could you please share output of "show version’ of your device.
my XV-2 version is 6.3.5-r4. after re-config some parameter, it seem working fine now!

Hi Hiếu Quang, which parameter did you config? Can you show me how to do it? I have the same problem when onboarding Xv2-2. Its still stuck at “waiting for device” after approval.
