I’ve been able to get one AP and 14 SMs 46xx series) on my cnMaestro (cloud). But I can’t get any more SMs or APs connected. I put the correct URL in the proper field in the APs and SMs, but nothing ever shows up in cnMaestro.
What am I doing wrong?
Have you tried claiming the devices in cnMaestro by using the serial number or MSN?

I added them using serial numbers and that worked. Thanks!
I also figured out how to add the APs and the SMs through the APs.
I have noticed that some devices are being added as Tier Free, some as Tier 21 and some as Tier 24. Why is this happening? Shouldn’t they all be Tier Free?
Sounds like it’s time to open a support ticket.
I found a list of the different tiers and what devices are assigned to which tier.
It shows all SM models for the ePMP family should be in the Free Tier.
All APs in the ePMP family will be Tier 21. And that’s what appears to be the case with my system.
But, no devices that I’m using should be in Tier 24. Looks like a bug somewhere. I’ll open a ticket.
