Hi, i’ve got 60ghz v1000 which is creating some problems with factory reset procedure. While being in factory reset boot mode (as i suppose cuz of double red diodes are lit) it doesnt communiacte with me with default ip (169.254.1.1). After a short while its booting normal via green diodes. I have tried restarting network interface, many browsers etc. Have problem only with this one specific v1000 piece, other are working as they should.
Do you have any other ideas how to clear v1000 and be able to login?
Regards,
Daniel
Just checking, Are you using http:// ? In boot mode https:// won’t work.
Yes, of course. But main problem is that I cant even ping it ;/
Is there anything in the arp table, can you clear that and try the default address?
I assume you’re connected directly to the v1000 from your PC?
Hi Daniel,
Could you try linking up problematic v1000 as peer node (i.e as CN) with one working v1000 acting as POP/OnboardE2E node. If related link comes up then you could access CNs GUI and do factory reset.
Enclosed brief notes/snippets in setting up PTP.
Keep me posted on how it goes.
In parallel, can you share the MAC address and serial no. of that problematic V1000, I could check health of this v1000 before being shipped out from manufacturing.
