Hello,
I’ve just seen a user who’s Samsung A225e handset won’t join our guest wifi, claiming it can not obtain an IP address. I checked the local AP and can see its associated correctly and has an IP.
To be honest, I’ve had a handful of people tell me this but its the first time I’ve been able to see it happen and track it on the portal.
Does anyone know where the problem may be which stops it moving onto the splash sign-in screen?
